Contractors working for the U.S. Government are developing and deploying systems to debilitate and destroy dissenters, “undesireables” and anyone who disagrees with government policy.

The technologies are being illegally tested on loyal, unwilling U.S. citizens.

The New York Times reports U.S. secret Black Operations development budgets exceed $32 Billion per year. This is more than the total bugets for the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) and the National Science Foundation combined.

Contractors that have developed these technologies must prove their effectiveness and  worth. So they select intelligent, articulate, resourceful Americans much like the dissents they want to suppress and use them as unwilling, unwitting test subjects with the U.S. government’s blessing.

The test subjects are isolated and tracked by government contractors like terrorist suspects. Their telephone and email communications are intercepted and filtered like terrorists placed under house arrest. Their lives and their businesses are strangled, all in the name of national security. They are discredited and disabled just like real dissidents and terrorists.

This is BIG BUSINESS!!! Lots of money can be made this way. Neighbors and associates are often eager to be paid to participate in this “research” in the worst Milgram and Stamford Prison Study traditions.
